Burak Akalin has started his professional career at Human Resources in Turkcell, then worked in Avea, Vodafone Turkey, Vodafone UK, respectively.  He has leadership and international corporate experience in such areas as Employee Experience/ HR Start-up / Talent Acquisition / HR Information Systems, HR Portal & Digital HR Systems / Change Management / Reward & Recognition / Organizational Development / Performance and Talent Development.

He delivered successful projects focused especially on design, development and implementation of employee experience.

 

After 15 years HR experience in Turkey; he was transferred to Vodafone UK; London Office as Global HR Senior Employee Experience Manager in 2015 and took an active role in sponsoring and delivering HR Projects in 30 countries during his UK experience.
